So I seen some Elk last night
« on: May 02, 2013, 10:27:46 PM »
It was just after midnight and I was driving along and all the sudden I got Elk in front of me on the highway,  I slowed and they moved off to the side but didn't run off.

It was fairly close to some houses.   So I got my flashlight out to have a look.
(no guns, bows or xbows in the vehicle - relax  :chuckle:  )

As I was looking at them I notice eyes in the timber line, looking right at me, very bright eyes, and they moved differently....then it dawns on me,  I'm looking at wolves.

No wonder the Elk were hugging the houses and highway  :(

Kinda weird having Elk 30 feet away and a pack of wolves eyeshine behind them.
